Meet the Founder – Amy Cao, CEO & Master Artist
Amy discovered her passion for beauty at a young age. Her journey began in California, where she completed over 1,600 hours of rigorous hands-on training and worked with more than 100 real-life models under expert supervision.
She is now recognized as a Certified Master Artist in Permanent Makeup — with a specialized mastery in color theory across all skin tones and correction of failed or outdated brow tattoos. Whether it’s distorted shapes, color migration, or pigment mismatches from past procedures, Amy is known for restoring harmony where others cannot.
After years of working in Tennessee, she found her true calling in Punta Gorda, Florida, where she opened her own studio. Her mission?
“To help women — especially mature women — feel beautiful, confident, and free from the daily struggle of makeup.”
Amy never stops evolving. She continuously updates her techniques with the latest global beauty trends and advanced, non-invasive skincare technologies.
Tiffany – Studio Manager & Master Artist (Brows, Eyelashes & Eyeliner)
Tiffany, Amy’s oldest daughter, carries the same deep-rooted artistry. With a degree in Fashion Design, she realized her passion extended beyond fabric – to helping real people feel beautiful.
She spent over 2 years in advanced training for cosmetic tattooing, lash extensions, and eyeliner techniques. Today, Tiffany not only manages daily operations at the studio but also serves as a Master Artist, known for her precision in shaping, natural lash lifting, and elegant eyeliner designs.

Joycie – Lash & PMU Artist (Ombre Brows & Lips)
Joicy is the youngest artist in the team – but her talent speaks volumes. Raised in the studio environment, she developed a natural sensitivity to beauty and balance.
Before finishing high school, she had already become proficient in lash artistry. She later earned certifications in Ombre Brows, Lip Blushing, and Lash Extensions, and is now known for her modern, soft-touch approach that brings freshness to every look.

Natalia – Lash Specialist
Originally from Miami, Natalia joined the team bringing sweetness and professionalism. She specializes in natural lash extensions, helping clients achieve that soft, elegant look without damage or discomfort.
She’s detail-oriented, gentle, and truly loves what she does.
